When trying to think of my favorite possessions I’ve discovered that possessions really don’t mean all that much to me. I would rather save my money and use it for traveling. I do like the antiques that I have that belonged to my mother and Bob’s mother and grandparents. I also have a few items given to me by Etta Snittjer that are special because she and Cal were very special to us. I have a couple rings I purchased with money she left me in her will. Seriously, if my house was on fire, I’d just grab Bob and run and not worry about possessions. Well, maybe pictures of kids when they were younger.
